Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Area
1.1 We support delivery to most states, major cities, and regions in the United States (please refer to the checkout page for the list of supported areas). Remote islands, PO boxes, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are currently not serviced.
1.2 For orders outside the delivery area, we will proactively contact customers to arrange a refund after the order is placed.
2. Delivery Time
2.1 Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
2.2 Standard delivery time is 5–20 working days (subject to variation based on destination, customs, or carrier conditions). Delays caused by ports, holidays, peak seasons, or force majeure are not included in the promised timeframe.
2.3 Within 48 hours after shipment, a tracking number and online tracking link will be sent to your registered email address, allowing you to check the parcel status at any time.
3. Shipping Cost and Customs
3.1 Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Certain large orders may qualify for free shipping promotions (subject to announcements on the AI AwareBody official website).
3.2 In accordance with relevant US regulations, orders shipped to the United States (US) may incur customs duties, sales tax, import tax, or other applicable charges, which shall be borne by the recipient. We will assist by providing necessary invoices or customs documents, but we cannot estimate the final tax amount.
4. Parcel Tracking & Issue Resolution
4.1 If the parcel is not received after the expected delivery period, please first check the status using the tracking number, or contact customer service by email regarding delays, abnormal status, or damage.
4.2 If you notice damaged packaging, missing items, or obvious abnormalities upon receipt, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist with registration, investigation, and prompt after-sales handling.
4.3 If a parcel is returned or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, any resulting loss or additional costs shall be borne by the customer.
5. Others
5.1 Any changes to the delivery policy will be announced on the AI AwareBody official website.
5.2 Please keep all shipping documents and related communication records properly, as they may be required for after-sales service or claims.
