Warranty and After-sales Service Policy
1. Warranty Period and Scope
1.1 All “AI AwareBody” branded AI AwareBody products enjoy a 24-month warranty from the date of receipt. The warranty covers damages or malfunctions caused by material, manufacturing processes, or structural defects under normal use.
1.2 The warranty service is limited to genuine products purchased through the AI AwareBody official website (https://aiawarebody.com) or authorized channels.
2. Exclusions
2.1 The warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair;
- Failures caused by the use of non-original parts;
- Damage resulting from dropping, collision, water ingress, high temperature, fire, lightning, or similar factors;
- Normal wear and tear, consumables, misuse, improper installation, or overloading not attributable to product quality;
- Loss or alteration of the product serial number or labels.
3. After-sales Procedure
3.1 If the product has quality issues and requires repair or replacement, please submit the following information within the warranty period to our official after-sales email (AI AwareBody):
- Order details (order number, purchase channel, etc.)
- Product photos or videos clearly showing the defect and the overall condition
- Problem description and contact information
3.2 We will respond within 2 working days after receiving complete information and guide you through the return, repair, or replacement process. If necessary, we will bear the return shipping cost (within the USA).
3.3 For products that are out of warranty or not covered by the warranty, we provide paid repair or part replacement services. Costs will be quoted in advance and confirmed by the customer.
4. Special Notes
4.1 Warranty rights are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
4.2 In case of damage during transportation, please contact after-sales service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the outer packaging and evidence of damage. Late notification will be regarded as acceptance of the product in good condition.
4.3 If there are any updates to the service policy, the announcement on the official website shall prevail without prior notice.
